HOUSING

The Petersburg Indian Association housing department is here to assist with our rental properties, getting you proper low income housing assistance, and coordinating housing grants that may become available for the Tribe.

Available Rentals

Availability is subject to change at any time, please call our housing department for the most updated information.

Rent is $1200 for a 3 bedroom unit and $1400 for a 4 bedroom unit per month.

To receive rent assistance via Section 8, you must first apply for Section 8.

We accept section 8 vouchers. To apply for this housing assistance program, please follow the link below. For assistance, contact our Housing Assistant, Savann Guthrie at 772-3636 ext. 112.
