PIA, the federally recognized Tribal Government in Petersburg, AK,
has a long history of providing services locally to Native
Americans and the community at large. In the past this has included support monies for buying boats, housing,
housing improvements, tutoring,
college housing and scholarships, mental health services, environmental and
technical training; and an endless list of cultural and economic supports.
