Rental Space For All Your Needs

• Space will be left in the same condition as you found it.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
• Tables, chairs & equipment will be put back in their original positions.
• No string, wire, tape, etc on the sprinklers.
• Please ask permission before decorating. No thumb tacks or nails.
• If the Hall is rented for a minor (under 18 years of age), an adult must be present at all times.
• Noise will be kept at a reasonable level.
• The refrigerator, stove, sinks, tabletops and coffee pots will be cleaned if used.
• Garbage will be tied up and placed either inside the garbage can or by the back door. 
• Close all windows and lock all doors when leaving or if building is not supervised.
• Return key to the front desk at PIA.
• Floors will be swept and mopped if applicable. 
• After inspection of the space, by a PIA employee, the $100 deposit will be returned to the renter if there is no damage and the space is clean and in the same condition as you found it.
• Cancellation must be made seven (7) days prior to the date(s) of rental in order to get the full deposit amount of $100 returned. 

**If an emergency occurs such as fire, broken pipes, furnace outage or injury on the premises, please contact the Petersburg Indian Association immediately (907) 650-7763.
